Facebook to compete with PayPal as it plans on testing mobile payment service

Report from All Things Digital has it that Facebook is planning on a mobile payment service that would allow its users to shop on mobile eCommerce apps and pay for products with just their Facebook account.
According to All Things Digital, users who have their credit cards information stored on Facebook file, can simply pay for products with their Facebook account details, which means, Facebook mobile payment service will take over the transaction.
The test will begin next month or so, and the social networking website will first try it out with male-shopping platform JackThreads.
